All our plated jewellery are plated in a thicker plating than the industry standard over 925 Sterling silver or Nickel-free brass and finished off with a coating for anti-tarnish and extended wear. Care should be taken when wearing them as you do with love.

* Remove jewelry before going to bed
* Avoid rubbing plated jewelry against each other
* Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes, hair sprays or other types of chemicals
* Remove jewelry when participating physical activities, e.g. cleaning/gardening
* Remove jewelry when swimming or bathing
* Clean the jewelry after each use and wipe with a soft cloth
*Never use a silver cloth or abrasive compounds i.e baking soda to clean the gold plated jewelry or oxidized pieces
* Jewelry should be stored away separately in an airtight jewelry box
* We do not take responsibilities for careless wear or storage
Every one of our jewelry goes through quality system and carefully prepared with love so that we can assure your order will arrive in perfect condition.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with Jilar jewellery. You may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging. All items should be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.
if the items are received in poor conditions, we will not be able to proceed out the return as requested.
We aim to send refunds within 1 weeks of receipt. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.
Please note that all earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless items are faulty. We currently do not accept returns on any sale item.
We kindly ask you that claims on a fault must be done within 48hrs of receipt. No credit or refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer. Return costs due to a fault will be paid for by Jilar Jewellery. Returns due to customer choice or order mistake must be paid for by the customer. We advise that you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered.
