Online orders:

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before the dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by Jilar Jewellery and your order has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
Cancellation policy:
Once order has been made, it can not be changed or cancelled. However, you may return the goods its original condition within 14 days upon receiving your order.
Jilar Jewellery has the rights to cancel your order if there are insufficient stock. In this case, you will be contacted via provided email and a refund will be issued in within 5 working days.

All materials including images, design, logos and graphics are own by Jilar Jewellery. Therefore, you are prohibited from coping, reproducing, uploading or incorporating to any other materials unless permission is acquired.
