Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us at contact@jilarjewellery.com prior to posting the product back to us.

Every delicate piece of our jewellery goes through quality control system and carefully prepared to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with Jilar Jewellery. You may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging. All items should be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.

If the items are received in poor conditions, we will not be able to proceed the return as requested.

We aim to process any refunds within 5 working days, once the goods have been received back at Jilar Jewellery. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for returns which are not safely delivered.

Please note that all earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless items are faulty. We currently do not accept return on any sale items.

We kindly ask you that claims on a fault must be done within 48 hours of receipt. No credit or refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer. Return costs due to a fault will be paid for by Jilar Jewellery. Returns due to customer choice or order mistake must be paid for by the customer.
